Now You See Me Moria, School Kit

Now You See Me Moria uses diverse digital platforms to publish images and videos of the daily life and the dramatic life conditions in the camp and invites European citizens to take action, based on theses images, to spread the information and send messages to the EU politicians and mass media.

The project also reaches cultural institutions all over Europe (museums, photography festivals) while keeping the original aim: to reach as many citizens as possible and engage them to spread the message.

Our contribution to Now You See Me Moria consisted in proposing new formats for the project that should hep to reach new environments and ad new activists while remaining faithful to the essence.

We developed 5 proposals and the school kit is the first one that has been produced and distributed in 20 schools in Madrid and Barcelona. It has also been translated to Dutch, German and Italian and it is expected to be distributed in many schools all over Europe.

The School kit contains the original action book (edited by previously to our participation), an instruction booklet with a link to a introduction video, 4 letters handwritten by children living in the camp and 6 thematic sets containing each one 4 possible actions to make and report.

The aim of the kit is to inform children in European schools about this shameful reality happening in Europe and at the same time give them tools to take collaborative actions to contribute to change it.
